ADS' customer service and technical support desk is staffed by experienced, qualified professionals that understand that every issue is important to the customer and that our company is responsible and accountable to our client’s expectation of prompt, reliable answers to their support needs.

Our dedicated support desk team is your front line support for all of our SolidWorks software applications. Our staff will work with your personnel to resolve their issues. We will draw in specialists from within our technical resource staff, as required, for resolutions and will engage SolidWorks personnel and our other software manufacturing partners to bring additional resources to the table when necessary.

SolidWorks customers with a valid subscription service have full access to on-line resources that are available on a 365 x 24 x 7 basis. Customers can submit incident reports to technical support for prompt resolution, access major upgrades and service packs, access the latest enhancements, downloads, technical resources, knowledge bases, and the ability to participate more actively as a member of the SolidWorks global community.

Remote Diagnostics:

ADS uses remote diagnostic tools allowing for our support team to directly experience the issue with the person having the problem, allowing our staff to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Incident Tracking & Reporting:

ADS provides comprehensive tracking of incidents and resolutions and provides time and date-stamped reporting, allowing our customers to be sure of the value of ADS technical support.
